Dr TMA Pai Polytechnic boys hostel facilities are provided to boys with required infrastructure which makes them feel comfortable and find a homely atmosphere. The hostel provides well furnished rooms, hot water, mess and some other facilities to the boy students.    

Dr TMA Pai Polytechnic Manipal library facilities are provided to students and faculty. The library consists of around 11853 books and 3897 titles. The library provides access to journals, general magazines, technical magazines, e-books, e-titles and some other educational resources. The library has around 347.90 sq mts reading hall area.

The college provides auditorium facility to the students. Guest lectures, conferences, workshops and seminars are organised in the auditorium. This facilitates academic engagement and knowledge dissemination. The cultural events are also celebrated in the auditorium.

Dr TMA Pai Polytechnic Manipal provides guest room facility to both family members of students and visiting faculty. All the required amenities are provided in the guest room to give a pleasant experience to the guests during their visit to the college.

Dr TMA Pai Polytechnic Manipal girls hostel facilities are provided in the campus in the view of providing a secure atmosphere for girl students. The girls hostel facilities include well furnished rooms, telephone facility, hot water, gymnasium, mess and play ground.

Dr TMA Pai Polytechnic Manipal medical facilities are provided to both students and staff. There is a health centre which provides first aid facility, general treatment and immediate medical assistance in case of emergencies.

The college has  a dedicated Training and Placement Cell which organises training activities to prepare students for the campus selection programs. The placement cell provides placement opportunities for students and coordinates the recruitment process.
