The college has all the facilities required for theoretical knowledge. And along with that it has a 500 bedded hospital with various departments to provide hands on experience to students. The doctors are very well qualified to tackle serious cases.
The college has a very well-equipped gymnasium at the college campus with various exercise equipment & body fitness tools for students, faculties as well, and visitors who stay for a span at the college or hospital.
The College has a Central Library with various books and national and international journals situated in the College Building. In addition separate departmental library with books relating to respective departments. The E-library is active with internet & Wi-Fi enabled. The DUPMC maintains a well-stocked library with more than 10000 volumes of text and reference books, periodicals, and Daily Newspapers. Students have access to the lending library, reference library, and a vast treasure of current and back volumes of Journals.
The college has large playing fields, which meet the requirements of all outdoor games. Facilities for indoor games are also provided. The number of boys and girls, who have benefited from these sports facilities, is indeed very large. This has enabled the DUPMC to build a strong foundation for sports and a sporting tradition, which has produced outstanding sportsmen in different games, many of whom have brought great distinction to the college and to themselves, at the State and national levels.
