The college has Hostel facilities for girl students that can be availed at the Durgapur Women’s College Hostel, which is located on the College campus. Though the hostel is especially meant for SC / ST / OBC girls, General Caste students may also apply for and avail hostel facilities at a nominal cost. The vibrant community of Durgapur Women’s College Hostel is committed to the safety, comfort, and enrichment of the
residents. Besides providing essential facilities like clean drinking water and 24×7 security, it ensures nutritious dining options, dedicated study spaces, a green environment, and peaceful socializing areas. The guidelines section underscores the importance of safety, respectful conduct, quiet hours for study and rest, cleanliness, and compliance with hostel regulations for a harmonious living experience. Residents to engage with the community through participation in hostel activities and events while assuring them of the support system available from hostel staff and resident advisors. Overall, it aims to ensure a memorable and fulfilling stay for all residents. 

The college has a sick room with first aid facilities situated on the ground floor.

The College has Common Room is also equipped with a small gymnasium facility to be used by students.

The College has a central library that holds a collection of 20,768 books alongside subscriptions to online journals. The College Library has been upgraded and is well-stocked with reference books and journals along with college-level textbooks. Students ‘and teachers ‘logbooks are maintained in the library. Notably, the library has been modernized through automation using KOHA software and offers separate reading areas for both teachers and students. Additionally, several departments maintain their seminar libraries. The College has a well-equipped library with reading room facilities catering to every enrolled student of the college. Students can borrow books as well as issue them to study in the reading room. 

The college has students perform several sports activities such as Basketball, VolleyBall, Badminton, running, and football tournaments. 

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. A computer centre has also been running in the College in collaboration with WEBEL Informatics Ltd. to ensure literacy for all students

The college has canteen facilities available within the college campus, which the students may use at their own cost. Students are advised against buying food from vendors outside. 

The college has essential facilities such as an auditorium and a seminar room with audiovisual capabilities.

The college has a good network for the alumni association.

The college has practical learning; the institution provides 15 well-equipped science laboratories catering to various departments like Chemistry, Physics, Botany, Zoology, Electronics, Mathematics, Geography, and Computer Science. These laboratories are equipped with the necessary instruments to support the undergraduate syllabus effectively. Additionally, it houses four computer laboratories, including a central computer laboratory.

The college has been upgraded to become a fully Wi Fi Campus supported by the Reliance Jio system responsibly and at their own risk.

The college has a parking space facility for its faculty, staff, and students.

The College Extra and co-curricular activities are therefore an integral part of the calendar of activities of the college.

The college also provides workshop facilities for all the students.

The college has several adequate infrastructural facilities for the teaching–learning process; among them, ICT–enabled facilities such as smart class, LMS systems are most important. ICT-based materials are uploaded to the website. Computer, internet, LCD projectors, and Audio-Visual aids are utilized. Each department has been provided with desktops and LCD projectors to display PowerPoint presentations in the classroom. All teachers now use ICT-enabled tools for teaching. Subscription to NLIST for E-resources has been implemented. Due to the online teaching and learning mechanism in the pandemic situation, teachers are able to ensure an effective teaching and learning process through the use of a wide range of ICT-enabled resources, which have improved significantly during the academic session 2021–2022. The majority of teachers use Google Classroom and CANVAS for their lessons, and
students create and deliver MS PowerPoint presentations as well as assignments. Platforms for online education include Zoom, Google Meet, and others. Faculty members write e-texts and post video lectures so that students can continue learning after regular class hours at their own speed. 

The college has Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.
