The College facilitates hostel facilities for boys inside the campus. The hostel accommodates nearly 240 inmates. The hostel is administered by a committee which consists of the Principal as Chief Warden, a Senior Professor as Deputy Warden, and teaching faculty as Residential Wardens. The inmates of both hostels select themselves a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Mess Secretary, and Joint Secretary to represent the inmates and assist the hostel administration.

The college has a spacious Digital library with a stacking area of 3196 sq. ft. ft and a reading area of 2429 sq. ft. with a good collection of Books, National and International Journals. The library functions from 09:30 a.m to 04.30 p.m. on all days other than Government Holidays. The Open Access System is being followed, and students can avail the facility at any time. The library has been fully automated and has an internet facility. Computerization has greatly facilitated locating books and journals. The library usage has become very comfortable and is put to maximum use both by staff members and students. A reprographic facility is available, which is being used for taking copies of the study material by the students

The College has all the laboratory equipment for the projects and experimentations which are done in the college. The EASC college has decent laboratory equipment that supports the regular workshops.

The College has a Spacious Auditorium with a total area of 7200 sq. feet with adequate seating arrangements. Outdoor open air Kalaiarangam covering a wide area in the college ground are being used for conducting the Collegiate competitions, Educational Exhibitions, Trade fairs, Quiz programmes, Placement activities, Seminars, Workshops and Conferences and for celebrating functions like Independence day, Republic day, College union and Tamil Peravai functions, Two seminar Halls (one with Air Condition facility)are available for conducting concurrent sessions of National / International Seminars and Ph.D viva voce examinations. 

The College cafeteria is a spacious, well-furnished canteen available for both Boys and Girls and Staff separately. Staff and students can have their breakfast, lunch, snacks, and cool drinks in the Canteen on all working days. A protected drinking water facility is available. 

The College has a Health centre is functioning in the Sports complex. All the First Aid medical kits are available. Students who have suffered are given First Aid, and further treatments are arranged in Joseph Hospital, which is very near the campus. Dr. S. Vijaya Kumar and Dr. Malathi Vijaya Kumar, R.A.N.M Hospital, Erode, and Dr. Poongulazhi, M.B.B.S., are the visiting doctors for our Hostel students. Blood tests, Blood pressure check-up for staff and students are done by the Department of Zoology with the help of the students studying Clinical Lab Technique, Diploma Course conducted by the department.

The College has a good IT infrastructure that supports the technological requirements of students for academic purposes. The college provides workshops and computer systems.

The College has a dedicated gym available on campus, promoting a healthy lifestyle and well-being among students. The gym also builds a competitive environment among the students.

The College promotes development through sports facilities, providing space for physical activity and competition among students. Sports activities help to balance the academic life of the students.

The college has provided good transport facilities for the students coming from various places in Erode and neighbouring places. At present, thirteen buses are operating at different destinations and 25% freeship from the government. This facility has been extended for various activities like participation in the Seminars, Extension activities, Training programmes, Institutional training, and NSS, N.C.C and Sports activities for the students.

The Erode Arts and Science College has guest house/ waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
