The GECW Institute provides a home away from home in terms of its hostel accommodation for girls. The hostel is equipped with all necessary facilities such as common room, medical room, audio-visual room, and mess facility. There is a proper arrangement of security for girl's hostel and just opposite to girl's hostel, staff quarters have been constructed. Students have to maintain proper discipline in the hostel. No outsider can stay with any student without proper permission of the competent authority. The hostel is provided with a full power backup of 24*7. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the hostel.

The college has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students.

The library is an integral part of any institute. The library's mission is to provide comprehensive resources and services in support of the research, teaching and learning needs of the colleges.Our library is fully Air Conditioned and is kept opened round the clock which is special features of our institution for the first time in the entire Karnataka State. A new Library hall with 400 Sq.mt. the area with a seating capacity of 250 students is created. The library has subscription to about 150 numbers of national international journals and magazines. A total of 25,000 both reference and textbooks are made available. The institute has subscription of indest AICTE which is equivalent to 140 national and international journals. Our institution is the one which provides all subjects books individually all the students.

The College has A fully fledged Transport department functions in the college with buses to provide transport facility to students and staff from various places of Kalaburagi City. This service is offered to ensure hassle-free and safe transportation at the lowest rate at the lowest rate through college & city buses. The College runs buses for providing transport facility to students from various places in the city. The number of buses will be increased corresponding to the increase in the intake of students.
