The College has a spacious reading room adjacent to the General Library. Dailies and weeklies are available for the students. There is a 'Study Spot' in the reading room, which has books that are specifically meant for competitive exams.

The College has provided placement cells to the students. The placement Cell in the College has been functioning effectively since 2016. Our students attended a Placement awareness camp conducted by Alagappa University, Karaikudi. As per the direction of AUSC ( Alagappa University Study Circle ), an STB (Student Talent Bank) is established on the campus. Apart from these initiatives guided by the university, the Placement cell of our college arranges regular learning sessions for Group service exams.
