Many of the books have been donated by various people on various subjects. A special section is devoted to the Gandhian Literature. Government Bilasa Girls PG College library facilities can accommodate around 100 students. The library has an OPAC searching facility along with internet browsing and reprography facilities.

The college has a very good track record in the Sports arena of this region. Many students have been selected in national and state-level competitions. There is a big playground on the college campus. Coaching Camps of Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Hockey, Football, Basketball, Table Tennis, Badminton and Cricket are organised by the college.
