GCM Mandya has a library with a vast range of books for staff and students. Online databases, audio video cassettes, books, journals, etc. Students are to comply with the rules and regulations of the library. The library holds Encyclopaedias, Year Books, Dictionaries, Directories, Handbooks, Manuals, Geographical Resources and many more. The college library and Information centre were established in the year 1948 with 18 books that have grown up to around 66563 books. The motto of the library is to make the students utilise the library resources to the maximum level.

Government College Mandya has both indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students. Games like chess, carrom, badminton and many more.
