College library has a rich collection of over 20,435 books in various disciplines. Apart from books for general reading, the Library subscribes to 27 journals (National and International), 19 magazines, 18 newspapers, 714 project reports, and the Government Gazette. The Collection includes an encyclopedia of high repute, dictionaries, directories, yearbooks, rare titles, and 450 CDs. The College has a membership of N-List from INFLIBNET(UGC). Staff and the Students can access e-journals and e-books. The library is well connected with Wi-Fi.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.

The College has a full-fledged and attractive auditorium used for conducting seminars, workshops, training programmes, meetings, small functions for staff and students and other cultural activities.

The College has a well equipped in-house subsidized Canteen. It provides a variety of snacks, refreshments, and lunch to Students and Staff.

The college provides first aid facilities to all needy students and staff during the college hours. Medical references are made for any emergency cases of the students to the nearby health centers and dispensaries.

The Alumni Association of Govt. College of Arts, Sci. and Com. Khandala was formed on the auspicious Republic day of 26th January 2014, named as “GOVERNMENT COLLEGE KHANDALA ALUMNI ASSOCIATION” in the presence of Dr. Seema Rath, Principal (Offg.), Prof. Anita Raikar, Coordinator of the Alumni Committee, Dr. Seema Salgaonkar, Prof. Asha Gahloth, and other faculty members Dr. S.V. Sukhtankar, Dr. Dilecta Dcosta and many enthusiastic former students of the college.
