The College Library of Government College of Engineering and Technology, Safapora (GCET Library) was established in the year 2018 with the establishment of the College. The Library is in its infancy stage and is presently situated in the temporary campus at Government Degree College Sumbal. The Library has a collection of 4367 books and is continuously increasing. The books are related to different branches of engineering like civil, mechanical, biomedical, electrical, electronics and computer science. The library offers book services to its users which include students, faculty members, and other staff members of the college. Duration and number of books that users can avail on loan vary amongst different type of users.

The canteen is centrally located for the convenience of the students and staff. The administration of this cafeteria is given to experienced, proficient and committed contractors. All these cafeterias are open on all working days. Besides, they provide food at a very nominal price.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.
Training and Placement Cell
The College has constituted a placement cell for placement of final year students. Since this institution in its infancy and no batch has yet completed the B.tech. The placement cell is sensitized to function all through the year towards training and generating placement opportunities for the students. The programmes organized by the Training and Placement Cell make the students to learn most modern techniques and develop confidence to become successful professionals.
