Bettiah Medical College has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Each hostel has a warden to oversee daily operations. Every student in the hostel is given a bed, a table, and a chair in their room. 

The girl's hostel at GMC Bettiah meets up all the basic needs of candidates. The hostel mess provides good quality, hygienic well-balanced food.  Also, special attention is paid to the safety of female candidates in the hostel.

Bettiah Government Hospital serves as a teaching hospital as well as provides medical help in case of emergencies. Bettiah Medical College offers all sorts of medical help to students.

Government Medical College, Bettiah possesses a library that offers an extensive collection of 7000+ books and magazines. Additionally, the library provides access to periodicals through a subscription. Students have access to a dedicated reading hall, while PG students have their reading hall with a capacity to accommodate 50 students. Furthermore, there is an air-conditioned reading room exclusively for the teachers. The library remains open from 10 am to 6 am.

Bettiah Medical College offers sports facilities to students. The college provides sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor games.

GMC Bettiah has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. GMC Bettiah campus facilities help students develop ICT skills and learn through the computer-aided learning process. 

Government Medical College, Bettiah has a canteen that provides a diverse selection of snacks and healthy meals to keep them energised throughout the day.

Hakeem Mehtabuddin Hashmi College of Law, Amroha provides Wi-Fi facilities to students. Students need approval from the college authorities to access the internet.

GMC Bettiah possesses a fully equipped laboratory that contains all the necessary equipment for practical sessions. Additionally, there are individual laboratories for the Department of Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, PSM, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine and Pharmacology.
