There is a book-bank scheme for providing free books to SC / ST students, under which a set book between two students is provided free of cost to SC / ST students/students. , Which are withdrawn after the examination. Books are given to the general students/students from the library according to the rules.

This college has a special place in the field of sports, in the skillful direction of the trained sports officer in the college, various sports facilities are available, mainly in handball, soccer, volleyball, cricket, kabaddi, badminton, Kho-kho, athletics, chess, Table tennis, etc. are played in the academic session. The aim of the formation of the science club in Govt.M.M.R.PG College, Champa, is to encourage the students to participate in various technical activities which provide them a platform to share, enrich, and involved in new technologies. Besides regular meetings and evaluation of the working of the club, this club organizes several programs to make the students aware about the latest trends amongyouths and for that the club organizes several competitions and provides certificates to the students.
