The Boys Hostel of Government Polytechnic Malvan accommodates about 200 students. It is equipped with purified drinking water, clean dining spaces, common study rooms, and 24-hour supervision by wardens to ensure safety and a homely atmosphere.

Girls Hostel can accommodate approximately 100 students and provides rooms with necessary furniture, purified water, dining facilities, and common study areas. The management in the hostel ensures safety, comfort, and discipline throughout the academic session.

GPM Malvan library is one of the most important academic resources of the campus and contains more than 25,000 technical books. Besides books, the library provides journals, magazines, and e-resources to support the research, project, and competitive exam preparation needs of students.

The Alumni Association helps students by providing them with mentors, giving guidance on pursuing higher studies, and connecting with the industry that leads to more career opportunities.
