Government Polytechnic, Raichur

The college has several Departmental Laboratories which are equipped with various sophisticated tools and equipment to teach the practical aspect of the course curriculum to the students. 

The college has Computer Labs where all the systems are equipped with the latest Hardware Devices and Softwares Configuration. The entire college campus is well connected with the High-Speed Internet facility. 

The college has an exhaustive library with more than 5,000 volumes. The library has several books in various fields of Engineering & Technology, Science and Sports. Provision for reading inside the library is provided for the students

The college has provided various indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities to its students. The college has a Sports Ground and Sports Room where the students can pursue various sports such as Table Tennis and Badminton. 

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has Placement and training started in 2001-02 image, then around 15 companies have hired our students till date, through our college we train all students on their curricular activities and organize guest lectures to improve their technical knowledge. and body language skills, in the last year around 100 students have served in various companies and some of our students are serving in various government organizations.

We, the ex-students of the government Polytechnic Raichur have resolved to form ourselves into a registered association, to bring together the Alumni Association Accordingly, we do hereby, adopt, enact, and give ourselves this constitution.
