The College Resource Centre is the hub of the library and information services of the Institute. It serves as a creative and innovative tool partner in supporting the teaching, learning, and research activities of the Institute. With the fast-growing collection, both in digital and print forms using state-of-the-art facilities, the Resource Centre is contributing to the Polytechnic's mission of becoming a world-class Institute in the areas of Technology.
The pleasant ambiance and the well-furnished Resource Centre with open terraces and spacious reading rooms create an atmosphere of serenity and thereby inspire learning and research. The resource center is spread over an area of 1000 sqft with 50 students' seating capacity. The entire Library is an overlooked beautiful landscape comprising of lush green plantation & varieties of flowers.
The collection of the Resource Centre is rich and diverse, especially in terms of the breadth and depth of coverage. The collection encompasses subjects in Mechanical Engineering, humanities and social sciences, and related areas. This collection includes books, conference proceedings, reference books, DVDs, etc. Currently, Resource Centre has over 500 books, and over 20 CDs/DVDs.
