The college has a central library with a strength of about 2500 titles and 20000 volumes in fields such as Engineering, Applied Sciences and Management and others. It has a reading room that enables the students to study quietly with focus.

Government Polytechnic Uttawar has proper infrastructure facilities for Information technology that includes Internet facilities, Computer labs and others. The computer systems come with modern softwares helping students in their learning process and their research work.

Government Polytechnic Uttawar has well-equipped laboratories dedicated to every branch. The labs help in providing practical knowledge to the user.
