There is a separate hostel accommodation for boys. Government Polytechnic Valsad boys hostel facilities include 16 furnished rooms with 48 students capacity, a reading room, a T.V room and separate washroom area.

There is a separate hostel accommodation for girls. Furnished rooms are provided. Security guards are present 24*7. There are in total 16 rooms in girls hostel with 48 students capacity. A separate washroom area is also available within the hostel.

Government Polytechnic Valsad library is spread over 545 sq. meters with a comfortable reading area of 150 sq. meters. The library has a collection of around 15000+ books and subscribed to 12 leading magazines and journals.

Government Polytechnic Valsad provides excellent IT infrastructure facilities to the students. These IT infrastructure facilities include internet connectivity, modern computers and software resources.

The college provides laboratory facilities to the students. The laboratories are equipped with the necessary equipment. These laboratories help students understand the concepts better by gaining practical experience with theoretical concepts.

There is a Sports Club and it encourages students to take part in various indoor and outdoor games. Government Polytechnic Valsad sports facilities include Cricket grounds, Volleyball courts, Badminton courts, Kabaddi ground and Kho-Kho ground. The sports club organises inter-class, inter-college and state-level tournaments.

An auditorium facility is provided for students on the campus. The auditorium has modern multimedia facilities such as a high-quality projector, microphone and speaker system. Seminars, guest lectures and formal gatherings are conducted in the auditorium.

Government Polytechnic Valsad provides medical facilities to both students and Staff. The first aid facility and general treatment are provided by health professionals. Emergency care is provided in times of emergency. Medical service is available round the clock.
