Government Polytechnic West Champaran's boys' hostel facility provides a great living atmosphere for the student community. Large rooms and common areas for study and entertainment are available in the hostel. Mess is arranged by inmates themselves. All activities are supervised by the warden, who is selected by the senior-most faculty of the institute.  

Government Polytechnic West Champaran hostel facility provides a separate hostel for girls, where the residential needs of the ladies students are taken care of properly, as well as provided with an abundance of amenities in a secure environment. There is a staff to look after the hostel, which ensures safety is maintained through the night hours.
