The college has a Library at the Government Vellore Medical College was established in the year 2005 and has a separate spacious ventilated & well-furnished building. Two qualified Librarians maintain the Library with master's degrees in Library Science. The Library has separate reading rooms for students and faculties on the first floor. On the ground floor books are arranged department-wise in steel racks.
