The hostel offers a large campus with well-furnished rooms, a well-equipped dining hall, a common area, a kitchen, facilities for indoor activities and a gymnasium. The hostel also provides a well-appointed visitor's room and a guest room. To establish a cooperative and secular environment facility for all, the entire hostel campus is Wi-Fi enabled and provides free internet access. CCTV cameras are put in places such as the dorm entrance, dining hall and grocery shop, among others, to ensure that students are safe.

The college provides medical facilities for students. A movable stretcher and all the necessary first aid are available in the college's medical facility. To give appropriate first-aid assistance in situations, a nurse has also been appointed. There is also a facility for on-call doctor visits. Within 500 metres of its main gate, Hansraj College has good access to a hospital.
