The college has no post of librarian. The Department In-Charge, Department of Education is given additional responsibility to take care the all the matters of the college library. “Knowledge is the key to success”. Books are the best friend of a friend. Nothing can be better than books as a source of knowledge. For the completeness of any kind of education, the availability of requisite books is an essential requirement. With this motto, the college has a grand library with a vast collection of books and other related literature that can serve the needs of the students and other aspirants. The library has a sufficient collection of books covering the entire spectrum of course. Enriching the library is an ongoing process that requires financial assistance that is provided by the state government annually.  Books and other printed materials can be obtained from the library for a definite period.  

College sports have an immense impact on a person's daily life and health. Sports participation can help build character, encourage emotional growth, and teach players and spectators the value of honesty, respect, teamwork, dedication, and commitment. In H. N. B. Govt. P. G. College Khatima, there is a full-time permanent game in charge of sports and Physical Education under whose able guidance and direction various sports activities, competitions, tournaments, and events are organized. Proper training and regular practices are given to students of the College for participation in both indoor and outdoor games. 

Every year Inter-degree college sports competitions i.e. Races, Kabaddi, long jumping, high jumping, cricket tournaments, and other athletic activities are held by the Department of Sports and Physical Education of the college. Students are benefited by other agencies and the Higher Education Department for the requirements of equipment and facilities to participate in organized sports events   

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has a guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has a well-equipped Wellness centre with multi gym facility (in the basement) for both the staff and students, open on fixed time slots both in the morning and evening hours. It is fitted with the latest Cardio Machines, Treadmill, Cycle, Bench, Dumbbells, and Yoga Mats.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The college has a parking space facility for its faculty, staff, and students.

The college has an Extracurricular activities facility for all students.
