The college provides hostel accommodation for boys with adequate occupancy capacity. The rooms are well furnished and the hostel infrastructure provides basic amenities, such as a mess, hot water facility and other such amenities. 

HITM Lucknow provides hostel accommodation with adequate amenities such as bathrooms and a mess facility. The hostel is on the campus premises, making it easier for students to get to classes. 

HITM Lucknow provides medical facilities with adequate infrastructure, including separate inpatient facilities for boys and girls, for timely medical treatment and first aid, accessed by college members. The health centre is managed by a medical officer. 

The library provides access to books, print journals, print magazines, newspapers and other reading material sources and e-resources, to facilitate academic research.

HITM Lucknow has adequate IT infrastructure such as an internet facility on campus, computer labs and audio-visual setups in auditoriums, managed by the IT department of the college.
