The Holy Mary Institute of Technology and Science, Keesara facilities has a separate hostel for boys within the Campus with well-furnished and ventilated rooms. A mineral water plant and medical facility are provided for the well-being of the hostel students. Students have a choice of selecting North/South Indian food. Security is provided 24 hours at hostels. Hostel students are facilitated and can use the internet and library facilities after college hours.

The HMITS, Keesara facilities have a seating capacity of around 350 students. The library is equipped with around one lakh volumes of books and is also furnished with national and international magazines and journals. Along with this Central Library, students can also utilise the department's libraries which are attached to each and every department.

The HMITS, Keesara facilities have very good Football and BasketBall teams which have won many inter-college competitions along with TT, Volleyball, badminton, handball, through ball, and many more outdoor, and indoor games and athletics.

The HMITS, Keesara facilities consist of computers with the latest configuration and are connected to high-end servers with licensed software par with present IT industry standards. The Internet connection is provided through a leased line of 120 Mbps in the Institute.

The HMITS, Keesara facilities have a centralised spacious canteen to cater to the needs of the staff and students in which quality and hygiene are given utmost importance in both cooking and serving. The canteen is also provided with a modern kitchen.

The HMITS, Keesara facilities have an auditorium which is fully furnished and centrally air-conditioned with a seating capacity of 400 available in the institute.

The college has 20 owned buses available to cover all areas in the twin cities. Exclusive RTC buses are provided by TSRTC only for the students of Holy Mary from ECIL to camps and return. Students also prefer coming on their own in different modes of transport as the campus is well connected with private and public transport.

The College has a High bandwidth internet facility with Wi-Fi connectivity provided on the campus for the faculty and students to carry out research work.

The College Students can draw money from the Automated Teller Machine any time, on campus. Even the people from neighbouring villages utilise the ATM facility on our campus. The management takes care that the ATM is always in service, without any technical hazards and the machine is always stocked with cash.
