The College has an associated hospital facility. The HNIT, Ajmer medical facilities include a health center with a first aid facility for the students. HNIT Ajmer has a healthcare center, and it provides basic first-aid treatment to the students and university staff.  HNIT Ajmer Health Centre also maintains a stock of essential medicines and provides referrals to specialized healthcare providers when necessary.   

The College has departmental-based laboratory facilities for the students. The students get more practical knowledge and exposure while working in the labs. HNIT Ajmer offers departmental-based laboratories for students, equipped with the latest equipment and software to provide hands-on learning experiences.

The College Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.
