The College has an Auditorium constructed near the Engineering College and has a seating capacity of 1500 with an excellent digital audio system.

The College has a fleet of 12 buses is available for the transportation of students and staff to destinations like Vadanappilly, Irinjalakuda, Kodakara, Kunnamkulam, Guruvayoor, Chavakkad, Vadakkekad, M.G. Kavu, Tharoor, Mannuthy and to all suburban areas in Thrissur.

The College has a departmentally based laboratory they are the creative workspace with modern equipment for the budding architects in the college. Workshops- The college students are trained in Model making, Carpentry workshops, and Survey, Acoustic & Climatology Laboratories.
