IIMT Life Line Hospital is a 100 bedded medical center that offers 24 hours medicine facility, ambulance facility, and emergency facilities to all IIMT students. It is equipped with the following advanced healthcare facilities and the latest diagnostic services: Multi-specialty OPDIn-House PharmacyAdvanced Trauma Management Radiology.

The College has a highly equipped and scientifically laid out gymnasium that has been provided to the students where one can regularly see the health and fitness freaks work out to keep themselves fit. The gymnasium is equipped with modern fitness equipment with attached dressing rooms. Separate Gymnasiums for boys and girls have been provided.

Each College of IIMT has its own well-stocked Library with a spacious reading room.
