The College aims at training professionals of a high standard with moral caliber. The rules and regulations are framed so as to train them for reaching the goals for which the institution was started. It aims at ensuring harmonious, friendly living among students of various districts inculcating self-discipline. The hostels should serve as a training ground for a responsible, successful, and useful life through the development of the body, mind, and soul. Each Hostel Block is being managed by a Warden (Welfare & Discipline), who are drawn from the teaching faculty of the College. Each student is provided with a cot, a table, and a chair in their respective rooms. Each room is provided with a ceiling fan. Each hostel has a separate Television room with a cable connection. Affectionate discipline, tasty food at moderate rates, and neat rooms with modern sanitation are the hallmarks of the ISSAT hostels. Hostels follow a dividing system in running the hostel mess. The student's Mess committee would decide the menu.
