IMI, Delhi

The institute has separate hostel facilities for boys. All necessary facilities are available there in the hostel for the students.

IMI Delhi facilities and infrastructure include separate hostels for girls. In the girls’ hostel, all required facilities are available for the students.

Medical healthcare facilities and first-aid facilities are also available there in the institute.

Gym facilities are also available on the campus for the students. IMI Delhi gym facilities include a gym that is equipped with all latest machines and equipments.

IMI Delhi facilities and infrastructure include a library on the campus. The Williamson Magor Library and Information Service (WML) provides users with access to a broad variety of printed and electronic sources, with a focus on the electronic delivery of information. The IMI Delhi library is completely self-contained. The WML has about 25660 books in its collection, covering not only business and management but also related fields including economics, accounting, finance, behavioural sciences, and information technology.

Sports facilities are available for the students on campus to help them be involved in extracurricular activities.  

For students on the campus there is a well-equipped computer centre. IMI Dellhi IT facilities include the tata chemicals computer centre that is equipped with five servers (IBM and HP) that run the new windows server operating systems. The campus has a network of over 400 computers and is WiFi available, allowing for mobile computing in all areas, including hostel rooms, the amphitheatre, and the canteen.

A cafeteria is there on the IMI Delhi campus. Healthy and nutritious food is served to the students.

IMI Delhi facilities include an RPG auditorium. The auditorium serves as a focal point for guest lectures, speaker sessions, festivals, and batch meetings, with seating for the entire batch. It serves as a central location on campus where a variety of events and programmes are performed and coordinated.

The Alumni Relations Committee is the nodal point of contact between the institute and its extensive alumni base. Throughout the year we conduct numerous engagement events and initiatives to strengthen the association of the esteemed alumni with their alma mater. 

The Alumni Relations Committee is committed to bolstering the bond between IMI and its 7500+ alumni who are also spread globally, carrying the legacy of IMI overseas. As a part of the incessant efforts taken by the committee to keep the alumni connected to their alma mater, it organises and facilitates Chapter Meets across nine national chapters: Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Jaipur, Chandigarh and Ahmedabad, and three international chapters: London, Dubai, and Singapore, which endows the alumni in these regions, with an opportunity to interact and network. The committee also relentlessly works to increase corporate exposure for students by conducting mock interviews, webinars, mentorship for students, etc.

We conducted Harbingers of change 2022 which is a mock interview event conducted by our notable Alumni for the first year students to prepare them for their Summer Internship Placements and Corporate Confab 2022 which is a mock interview for the final year students to better prepare them for their final placements. 

The committee addresses the college vision of giving back to Alumni by conducting its flagship event National Alumni Meet, NAM’22 with the theme ‘Illuminated Promenade’ saw the footfall of over 350+ Alumni from all over the world coming back to campus.

Alumni Meets -

IMI, New Delhi evokes a plethora of emotions in the people it has served as a home to. To keep the IMI family connected, the Alumni Relations Committee conducts Chapter Meets every year at various locations. We try to keep the alumni network spread all across the world connected by conducting events in their respective cities. These meets help us maintain relationships with the alumni by organising an evening of nostalgia where the Achievers can cherish their old bonds. In 2022, we witnessed 4 domestic chapter meets in the cities of Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.

Wi-Fi is available in the IMI New Delhi campus, which is driven by ruckus indoor and outdoor access points and a WiFi zone director controller 3000 Series.

DLP multimedia projectors, laptop notebook computers, electronic copy boards, OHP projectors, internet and intranet connectivity, and a well-equipped sound system are available in all lecture halls, ensuring a unique/wholesome full classroom experience.
