Hostel accommodations are available for boys and are attached to the College under the direct control of the college authority. Usually, God-fearing wardens especially theology graduates are appointed as wardens. The purpose of the hostel is to provide more study hours and promote character and personality development. Nutritious diet both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items are provided to the hostelers. Limited seats are available and seats will be allotted on a merit basis and preference will be given to those coming from outside the city.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The College Library has a good number of books, journals, magazines, and newspapers for both Science and Arts streams. It provides a congenial study hour under the supervision of a qualified and experienced librarian.

To provide better fitness to the students and to inculcate a sense of sportsmanship, competitive spirit, leadership, cooperation, and team spirit, the college provides the following sports: football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, etc. and Indoor games such as table tennis, carrom, and chess are also provided. The college also has a well-equipped gymnasium.

The college has a well-equipped computer laboratory backed by 7.5 KVA Online UPS for an uninterrupted power supply for computer classes and other ICT-related education. The College has signed an MOU with the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Kohima under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India for imparting various computer certificate courses.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The College has Aim and Objective of Immanuel College Alumni Association is to strengthen Immanuel College by engaging alumni through fellowship, programs, and services that encourage active participation in the College community.

The College has well-equipped laboratories to meet the needs of the Science students, assisted by qualified laboratory assistants.
