IIAMR Bangalore has a boys hostel with all the basic amenities such as spacious rooms, with desks, almirah, and comfortable beds. IIAMR Bangalore boys hostel also has a warden and security guard for the routine check of the hostel.

IIAMR Bangalore facilities also has a girls hostel with similar to that of boys hostel. It has well-maintained rooms with almirah, beds, washroom facilities and 24 hours hot water and electricity supply.

The College provides a well-equipped library with a collection of both classic and modern works of Indian medicine. The periodical collection consists of 40 current subscriptions on Ayurveda, nutrition, conventional medicine, journals on research, and current advances in Ayurveda from various Universities. During the academic year, the Library is open from Monday to Saturday. Library material is readily accessible to all students, faculty, and other doctors of the Institution. In addition to the main collection, the library maintains a subscription to various journals, a reference collection, an audiovisual collection that includes audiotapes on Yoga, Ayurveda, and CD-ROMs on medicine, Ayurveda, yoga, and herbal drugs, and video cassettes on presentation of rare cases by various prominent practitioners presented at many seminars. The library is computerized and connected to the Internet to browse the latest information on medicine.

The college has well-equipped laboratories with all the modern equipment and technologies. Students can practice for their practicals and prepare for their examinations.

IIAMR Bangalore also has an auditorium facility with air-conditioning and good seating capacity. It acts as a venue for workshops, seminars, and cultural events.

The college also provides good cafeteria facilities with hygienically prepared meals. Students can access the cafeteria facilities throughout the day.
