The college has library is an asset to any educational institution as a central strength to hold the teaching and learning requirements of the college. IIFT Library serves as a platform of knowledge with 1870 volumes of books and national magazines and journals in the field of fashion and apparel design. The CD and DVD ROM are also available in the Library for the students to have knowledge of fashion shows and fashion catalogs. The library has an enormous collection of reference books, dictionaries, encyclopedias, yearbooks, textbooks etc 

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. The textile lab is equipped with fiber testing instruments, fabric testing instruments, garment testing instruments, and bath beaker dyeing machines to develop skills in students in the area of yarn manufacturing, fabric manufacturing, and textile wet processing.

The college has a good networking for the alumni association.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

Placement Cell is functioning at the Indian Institute of Fashion Technology with an aim to train students and raise employability keeping in mind their career aspirations in the field of fashion merchandising, fashion designing, fashion styling, fashion retailing, garment production, apparel quality assurance, fashion buyer. Every year our students undergo rigorous placement training and career guidance program from eminent resource persons from the apparel and fashion industries to gear up for employment opportunities.
