The college has provided hostel facilities to male students. The Boys’ Hostel has around 60 seats in total. Food and Lodging are arranged at an affordable cost in the Hostel. In June/July, generally, admission to the Law College Hostels is made. The food served at the hostel is prepared from products locally procured in a hygienic, sanitized, clean, and modern kitchen. Special care is taken to see that the food prepared is not excessive in oil, fat, etc., but rather the food consumed by inmates shall contribute to the general, mental, and physical well-being of the inmates. The on-call medical facility in the IILS hostel is available for payment. There are separate hostels for male and female students, with each being supervised by male and female wardens, respectively. Girls Hostel

Library
The College library has a collection of over 1500 titles and more than 9000 volumes of bound periodicals as well as a sizeable collection of electronic materials in CD-ROMs and a legal database providing online access to major legal platforms including AIR, Calcutta High Court Notes, Gazettes, Company Law Journals, Complete digest of Supreme Court Cases, Indian Bar Reviews, India International Journal of Judicial Sciences, Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, and Manupatra online. The library has also acquired complete sets of Public Law and Company laws. AIR, SSC, CWN, CHN, etc. The Law Library is equipped with the All England Law Report and other International Journals. As an integral component of the academic programs, the library fully supports the Institute's teaching and research work.
Sports
The College provides its students with a whopping 1.5 acres of space for outdoor games such as badminton, football, volleyball, cricket, etc. A volleyball and a badminton court have been designed for the all-round development of the students. The institution also promotes certain indoor games like table tennis, chess, carom, etc. The institution also arranges annual sports events, including both outdoor and indoor games. There is active participation from both faculty members and students.
I.T Infrastructure
The college is well-equipped with computers and the internet. The College is providing this facility to students through a separate server and networking for students within the premises of the library. Access to online research engines like Manupatra is available to the students for reference work.
Cafeteria
The College canteen provides a respite to students from the daily stress of academics; here they relax with friends, brainstorm and conjure up new ideas, and often have some of the most unconventional classes with their subject teachers.

Alumni Associations
The College Students Alumni Cell is a student organization that is run by the students of IILS. The Students Alumni Cell is completely dedicated to fostering the bond between students and alumni and has acted as a common platform for networking and interaction. To mend the broken connections between students and alumni and with the belief that close and continual interaction with alumni will help students gather invaluable advice regarding overall development for taking crucial, informative, life-changing decisions, IILS Alumni is established for these objectives. The Alumni Cell will be upgraded to the IILS Alumni Association in due course. It will also enable the alumni to give feedback to the College for further academic diversification and development. It will act as a bridge between the College and the larger society.
Moot Court
The college has a Moot Court facility for all students.
Transport Facility
The College Bus services are provided to students residing in the hostels and also for non-hostel residing students to and from the college campus to the town of Siliguri and surrounding areas on payment of prescribed fees. New buses with GPRS Connectivity have been provided, driven only by the drivers appointed by the College Authorities.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
