 IIMC Hyderabad library is well stocked with books, reference books, journals, national and international journals, periodicals, etc. The library has an OPAC facility (Online Public Access) that allows members to search for reading material online. Students can search for various open-source links for e-books, e-journals, etc.

The institute has a physical department that is facilitated by a physical director to teach the importance of sports. The department purchases some sports kits for cricket, softball, short put, badminton, chess etc. IIMC Hyderabad students are also motivated to participate in several sports outside the campus.

Indian Institute of Management and Commerce Hyderabad has a modern and robust IT infrastructure. The institute is a fully wi-fi enabled campus that creates a comfortable learning environment for students.

Students can sit and eat delicious, nutritious and healthy food items in the IIMC cafeteria. All the food items are sold at a nominal profit margin.

Indian Institute of Management and Commerce has a modern auditorium with the latest audio and video equipment. The auditorium is used for hosting various institute events.

The alumni association of IIMC has instituted several scholarships to the students of B.Com.(Hons.), B.Com.(Computers),B.Sc. and M.Com. Students. The Association has been arranging guest lectures by eminent persons for the benefit of the College Students from time to time. 

Indian Institute of Management and Commerce Hyderabad has Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff. This facility helps the students to search the subject related information online, upload and download the documents when ever necessary.

Indian Institute of Management and Commerce has four labs: Computer Lab, Commerce Lab, English Lab and Management Lab. The Management Lab was established to acquaint students with conceptual knowledge I'm various management topics.
