Indian Naval Academy, Kannur

The college has the arrival of the cadets for a course, they are divided into different Squadrons depending on their physical and individual abilities. Thereafter, the cadet’s home is his Squadron. All cadets are provided with well-light, spacious, and comfortable individual cabins with computers as well as internet facilities in their respective Squadrons.

The college has an MI room that is adequately equipped with all medications and medical equipment needed for the treatment of sick parade and emergency cases. An Air-conditioned heat stroke room is present to treat the cases of heat exhaustion and heat stroke due to strenuous physical activities.

The library is equipped with all sorts of books from different branches and subjects. The library is also equipped with fiction and general awareness books. It also provides books relating to navy, ships, and seas so that cadets can groom their knowledge well in their leisure time. The academy has two seminar halls where lectures are conducted as well as movies are screened every weekend for the entertainment of cadets. Both are centrally air-conditioned and have a capacity of 300- 800 cadets.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has Cadets at INA have a well-established fully functional round-the-clock cafeteria. He may have anything he wishes to eat at this eatery on a payment basis. Cadets usually say “Whenever I feel homesick and when I crave to have my mom’s food, I go to the cafeteria”. That should sum it up.

The campus also provides auditorium facilities like Ramanujan and Orion where movies are screened every week.

The college has a Convenience Store Facility for the students.
