Situated in a clean, well-maintained atmosphere ,the canteen is open from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. The administration of the cafeteria is given to experienced, proficient, and committed contractors. The cafeteria is open on all working days. Besides, they provide food at a very nominal price.

The campus being 4 km from the heart of the city, the IGIET Ernakulam facilities provide transportation facilities for both students and staff. The buses are manned by drivers who are well-trained and experienced in safe driving practices.

The college facilities have a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. The laboratories are equipped with the latest tools and machines to conduct research and practicals.

The college facility has a convenience store for students. (like photocopying facilities, stationery, and more). This is within the college campus for the convenience of the students and members.

The Vedang Institute of Technology has a parking space facility for its faculty, staff, and students. This facility is for those who come in their own vehicle and need space to park.

The college placement and training cell is an integral part of our system. It follows a student-centric approach to convey the outlook of the corporate world. Training activities are well thought-out throughout the year to prepare students for campus selection.

The dept. Organises on-campus and off-campus recruitments and pre-placement training programmes through Aptitude tests, Group Discussions, Interviews, and presentation skills. Mock interviews and GDs are conducted regularly to equip final and pre-final year students to face the challenges of the recruitment scenario. This objective appraisal enables us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the candidates and select strategies for improvement. Besides, we extend intensive supportive measures to the rejected candidates.
