The college has a visiting doctor to provide healthcare services for students and staff. The doctor visits the campus on designated days and times to ensure regular medical consultation and support.

The college provides a well-equipped gym facility with modern fitness equipment to support the physical well-being of students. The gym is regularly maintained and accessible to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle.

The International Institute of Engineering and Technology library is housed in a fully air-conditioned building with a seating capacity of approximately 90 students. It is fully computerised and equipped with a scanner, printer, and Xerox machine. The library has more than 5,000 textbooks and reference books, around 50 national, international, and online journals and magazines, as well as over 100 CDs and VCDs. It also provides internet facilities to keep pace with ever-changing technology and is managed by highly qualified, trained, and experienced professionals.

The college campus provides facilities for both indoor and outdoor sports, including badminton, cricket, football, handball, and several other activities. The institute supports the Students’ Sports Club and has achieved considerable success in expanding intramural and recreational programmes.

The college has a well-equipped computer laboratory with 120 PCs, two servers, and an online UPS. The lab is fully air-conditioned, and each computer has a 24×7 internet connection, providing access to vast knowledge resources.

The International Institute of Engineering and Technology transport facility provides bus services for students and staff on a no-profit, no-loss basis. Buses operate on routes from Kurukshetra, Karnal, Nilokheri, and Panipat.

The college offers departmental laboratories for students, including the Chemistry Lab, Physics Lab, Hydraulic Machinery Lab, CAD/CAM Laboratory, Strength of Materials Lab, Thermal Laboratory, RAC Laboratory, Heat Transfer Lab, and Fluid Mechanics Lab.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members. All the required amenities are provided in the guest room.

The motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.
