Invertis Institute of Management Studies has a dedicated boys hostel named HIMALAYA, SHIVALIK, HIMGIRI & NILGIRI. All hostel residents have their meals in “ANNAPURNA”, An air-conditioned common mess that has two floors, one for boys. All hostels are equipped with the best facilities, such as geysers in bathrooms. 

Invertis Institute of Management Studies facilities include a dedicated females hostel, it has all the basic facilities and amenities. The hostels naming KAVERI, GODAVARI, and BHAGIRATI are located near the college. Invertis Institute of Management Studies has a medical centre which follows the guidelines of Student’s Education and Health Protection Policy, for any urgent medical treatment at Clara Swain Mission Hospital (J.V.), Bareilly, and the continuation of students' education.

The college has well-stocked 2 libraries extensively covering all areas. We stock bestsellers, autobiographies, biographies, collected volumes, books on topical interest, and so on.

The college has a plethora of sports facilities to encourage its students not only to excel in the field of education but also to explore the exciting world of sports.

The Campus world-class auditorium on the campus is one of the best in North India and has seen and heard scores of eminent speakers, performers, and singers, who acknowledge its grandeur.

Four well-furnished and equipped with modern teaching audio-visual aids Seminar Halls to seat around 300 students each, are liberally and fruitfully used for Workshops, Seminars, and Faculty Development Programs and serve well for sessions of Presentations, Debates, Elocution, and Quizzes.
