ITS Pharmacy offers a Boys hostel which offers residential facilities with basic amenities required for male students. The college has a separate on campus hostel that has spacious and well-ventilated rooms. The Hostel Mess is provided with a water purifier, water coolers, and other necessary facilities.

Just like the boys hostel, the college has a dedicated girls hostel, that looks after the residential needs of Girls. The college has a separate on campus hostel facility for girls. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. Special care is taken in the preparation of food under hygienic conditions in the Hostel Mess. 

The college offers On Campus medical centre that deals in 24/7 healthcare support with Dental Hospital. Periodic health checkups are also conducted in the college to ensure a healthy lifestyle of students.

ITS Pharmacy has a dedicated Library centre that has over 8,000+ books, 90+ national/international journals, OPAC catalogue, and coursework and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The library has spacious seating and a subject‑organised collection.

The college has a good IT infrastructure, it includes air‑conditioned computer lab with modern systems and a round‑the‑clock internet link digital learning, software‑based practicals, and data analysis across courses, Not only this but the college also conducts ICT‑enabled lecture halls equipped with projectors to initiate modern learning methods.
