The College has nine hostels for boys. Students belonging to Arunachal Tribes are given first preference in hostel accommodation, subject to the availability of seats, strictly based on merit after they are formally admitted to the college. A student who is admitted into the college cannot claim a hostel seat as a matter of right.

The College Library is one of the richest and well-equipped libraries in the entire North-Eastern Region. It offers ideal opportunities to cater to the information needs of the students as well as to the teachers and other staff members for the enrichment of knowledge and research work. JNC Library not only supports the college's classroom instructional programme but also broadens the horizons of knowledge regarding the various research programmes in the college. At present, the library is stocked with more than 42,000 volumes of books and reference materials across various disciplines. The library subscribes to 61 journals and 10 newspapers spanning various local, regional, national and international publications. It is a member of the UGC Inflibnet N-List Programme, under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. Under this programme, more than 6000+ journals and 35000+ e-books can be accessed online by users. The Jawaharlal Nehru College Library is using SOUL 2.0 library software. The library provides an OPAC (user interface) for searching books in the library. The library provides free internet facilities separately for students, teachers and research scholars.

The College has a branch of Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank that provides banking facilities to the students. All the forms regarding college with students are done with the APRB. The banking services are run as per the rules of the Government of Arunachal. Students can open an account, submit fees like a hostel, and mess in the respective accounts provided to them by the college authorities. An ATM outlet, facilitated by the Vijaya Bank is available on the lower campus for the convenience of the campus residents. Students and the faculties don't have to go to ATMs that are far away from the campus.
