The College provides Hostel facilities to the Boys' Students. The Hostel has 162 rooms, and all the rooms are well equipped with all the basic amenities such as Tables, Chairs, and an Almirah. Mineral Water and Internet facilities are also available in the Boys' Hostel. 

The College provides a Hostel facility to the Girls. The Girls' Hostel has a total of 96 Rooms. All the facilities such as Chairs, Tables, an Almirah, Internet, and Mineral Water facilities are available in the Hostel. The Hostel has a safe and secure environment.  

The College Bhaskar Medical College and Bhaskar General Hospital provide free medical facilities to the faculty and the students of JBIET Hyderabad. The college also provides Accident Death Insurance of up to Rs. 5,00,000 to all students.  

The College has a Gymnasium that is equipped with all the modern exercise equipment and machines. 

The College has a Library which is situated in the main block of the college campus. The Library has a rich collection of Books and Journals in the field of Engineering and Management in both Electronic as well as Print formats. 

The College provides various indoor and outdoor sports and games facilities, such as facilities for Volleyball, Cricket, Football, Kabaddi, Carrom, Chess, and Table Tennis, to the students. 

The College Classrooms and Seminar Halls are well equipped with ICT-enabled facilities such as smart boards and projectors. A number of Computer Systems are available in the college for the students. 

The college has a Canteen which serves both Vegetarian and non-vegetarian food to the students. A Bakery is also available on the college campus.  

The college has the MNR Auditorium, Conference Room, Placement Seminar Hall, and an Open Auditorium where some events take place throughout the year.

The College operates a fleet of Buses that helps the faculty and students commute from one place to another. 

The entire college campus is well connected with a high-speed Internet facility, which can be used by the students at their convenience.

The College has various departmental Laboratories which are well equipped with all the sophisticated equipment to teach the practical aspect of the course curriculum to the students.  

The college has a Convenience Store which provides all the basic materials to the faculty and the students. 

The College Branch of the Bank is situated inside the college campus for the Banking needs of the Staff members and the students.  

The college has been consistently improving its placement record, with more than 95% of students being placed in various reputed organizations. The placement and training (PAT) center plays a pivotal role in building the career of aspiring engineers, enabling them to hone their skills in order to reach their desired goals. Our industry-institute interactions have been instrumental in getting some of the renowned MNCs to the institute and conducting on-campus recruitment drives.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.
