The College has magnificently designed separate hostels for boys with all modern facilities, for boarding and other recreational activities. The hostels have their own mess to provide good and hygienic food to the students. The mess is maintained on a cooperative basis. The hostel has common Rooms, Gyms, Badminton Courts, Volleyball grounds, and facilities for other indoor games. Spacious common rooms are provided in all the hostels, which are places for constructive activities like indoor games, discussions, and get-togethers within the hostel. Indoor games like carom board, chess, and table tennis are provided within the hostels. There is a separate Badminton court in both hostels, and sports equipment is provided by the hostel's sports committee. Well-furnished and spacious rooms are there for boys and girls each. There are cubicles as well as dormitories for the students. Each room is equipped with a bed, a study table, a study chair, an almirah, and an easy chair.

 The college has a gym facility for the students. The gym is equipped with all the necessary equipment.

The College library was established in 1997. The library collection comprises books, journals, standards, and other non-book materials in engineering, technology, and the humanities, and is considered the best one. The college library has at present a total collection of 59,723 volumes covering nearly 9995 titles and sufficient reference books. There are 100 International Journals, 112 National Journals, and 33 Magazines, and they are displayed according to each Branch

The College promotes sports and game activities to organize various events like sports meets and FEST, etc. To support and encourage the students to participate in sports and games at various inter-college, intra-college, district, and state-level competitions. The institution has a permanent cricket net for practice cricket. Separate indoor games for shuttle, caroms, and chess are provided for students’ encouragement. The students of the colleges are utilizing the facilities daily for their physical health and recreation. Right from its inception, our students have participated and brought laurels to our institutions in sports conducted at the university, district, state, and national level tournaments.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure for the students. The center is equipped with 100 computers, 2 printers, and an internet facility.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars. Jyothishmathi Institute of Technology and Science has one air-conditioned seminar hall with an area of 252 sqm, in addition to 3 other seminar halls with an area of 139 sqm each. All the halls are fully equipped with LCD projectors, audio and video equipment and computers with internet connectivity.

 The college has a transport facility for students and staff. It provides college buses for transportation of students and faculty members.

The college has a good network for the alumni association.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students. Microprocessor lab, VHDL/Verilog Lab, MAT Lab, VLSI Lab, Embedded systems Lab, and others.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. JITS Karimnagar canteen plays an important role in promoting healthy foods and creating a college culture of healthy eating. The canteen is hygienic and provides food at affordable prices.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members. The college has this room so that the visitors can be comfortable.

The college provides a clock ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) facility both for the students and staff members so that they can withdraw money at any point in time without hassles. It is located at a point where it is easily accessible to every individual to cater to the needs of their monetary transactions.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. It is attended by a Doctor and a Medical Practitioner. General medicines are made available at the centre.

The College training and placement cell at JITS is well equipped with ample infrastructure in terms of computer labs for online tests, group discussion rooms, and conference rooms with video conference facilities for the students.

The College is equipped with e-classrooms to enable students with a world-class teaching experience via audio-visual teaching methodologies. Our College has introduced an active learning atmosphere through the state of art e-classroom facilities, making it one of the top engineering colleges in Telangana.

The college has various events where students can participate. These activities keep the students engaged through various activities.
