The KIMS Bhubaneswar offers separate hostels for girls. Each hostel has a 24-hour reading room and facility for indoor and outdoor games.

The college has an associated hospital facility. The KIMS Bhubaneswar students and staff are provided with Medicare facilities at Pradyumna Bal Memorial Hospital and they are covered under the Insurance provided by the KIMS. 

The KIMS Bhubaneswar offers gym facilities for students. It helps students improve their physical fitness. 

The college has a well-stocked central library, reference section & online web journal facilities. The KIMS Bhubaneswar library has a stock of the latest editions of medical, paramedical and general books by prominent authors and journals from Indian and international publishers.

The college has one of the biggest in-campus indoor and outdoor stadiums. The KIMS Bhubaneswar Outdoor stadium has a facility for Cricket (turf wicket), Hockey (astroturf), Kabaddi, Football, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, Throwball, Basketball, Rugby, Handball, Netball and Track and Field (400 m). The indoor stadium is the hub for indoor sports activities of the University and it is one of the biggest in-campus indoor stadiums of the country. 

The computer lab at KIMS Bhubaneswar is well-equipped with the ultimate goal of offering 24x7 services for resource access across LAN, WAN, and the internet, the high-end data centre integrates a large number of high-end computing devices with their end-users through stable and faster data transfer throughput. 

The KIMS Bhubaneswar has two cafeterias, one for students and one for staff. The campus cafeteria offers cold and hot beverages, snacks, and ice cream. The cafeteria serves delicious food, including snacks, and complete meals.

Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar  has an auditorium with a light and sound system which can accommodate sixteen hundred people at a time.

The Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences offers bus transportation to all of its students and employees for convenient and secure transportation. All buses arrive at the campus and depart on time, so all staff members and students taking buses need to board the buses on time.
