Kamban College of Arts and Science for Women, Tiruvannamalai

The college has a New Library with all Amenities and facilities, with the addition of 10,000 Volumes of New books operated in the new administrative block since June 2011. The library is equipped with 350 CDs for reference and 40 National and International Journals.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students. Research and development activities can be carried out here.

The college has an Open-Air Auditorium to accommodate more than two thousand students. Auditorium is the place where cultural and non-cultural, academic and non-academic events are held.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. Canteen facilities, wash areas to relax and entertain.

The college has a health centre with a first aid facility for the students. A doctor is available on the campus to provide first aid facilities to the students, staff, and faculty members. 

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure for the students. Wifi, computer laboratories, and internet facilities are available. 

The college has a Gym facility for the students. This facility helps the students to remain fit throughout their studies. 

The college has a sports Basket- Ball Court, a physical education equipment room, and facilities for all students.

The College provides hostel facilities for students from far-off places, with an accommodation capacity of 250 Students, 24-hour water and electricity, and complete security provided. The in-built vegetarian mess serves the needs of students.

The College runs 20 buses to provide excellent transport facilities to students from different places in and around Tiruvannamalai city. The number of buses will be increased in response to the increase in the intake of students.

The College provides Standard MNC Companies that will come down to campus to conduct Pre-Placement talks and motivation talks. These talks will give students an idea about the standard and valuable recruiting organizations and opportunities available within these. It also provides learners with the chance to interact with employees of the company and learn more about the work culture. Based on these talks, students decide to apply for these organizations.

The College Student Consumer Club facilitates the need for creating consumer awareness among students.  The club activities will be guided by the Consumer Association of India (CAI) for conducting workshops and awareness programs about Consumer Responsibilities & Rights, Food Safety (Food Adulteration, Food Nutrition, Food Preservatives, and Food Contamination), Hospitals and Patients Rights, Transport, Insurance, Consumer Durables, Digital Technologies, and Consumer Protection Act.
