The college provides separate hostels for boys with all the required facilities and mess facilities.

KAMSRC Hyderabad provides a separate hostel for girls with mess facilities and a separate cafeteria.

The students at KAMSRC are covered under group insurance for medical facilities. Sick rooms are available separately for men and women. 

The college has a central library with a seating capacity of 300 people. The library is completely air-conditioned with a wide range of books, journals, periodicals and newspapers.

Separate outdoor and indoor facilities are provided for students at KAMSRC Hyderabad. The outdoor sports facilities include tennis, volleyball and basketball. The Indoor sports facilities include table tennis, chess, caroms & shuttle.

The college has a fully air-conditioned computer lab located in a central library with 40 computers and an internet facility.

KAMSRC has modern, well-equipped and efficiently managed laboratories. The college has skill laboratories equipped for the Demonstration of Clinical Examination, procedures, Catheterization and Tapping of Fluids.
