Karpagam College of Pharmacy facilities includes a separate boys hostel that includes furnished rooms, common recreation areas, and 24/7 security support for the safety of the students.

Just like for the boys , the college offers separate girls hostel facilities that includes furnished and well-sanitised rooms, they also have all the basic amenities available with tight security 24/7. 

The college offers a Gym for the students to stay fit and healthy. The gym has modern exercise machines for physical wellness and stress management.

The college has its own big library, which is a house of over 8,000+ books and e-learning materials.

The college has a facility for In-Door and Out-Door games and also well equipped Gymnasium and trained coaches. Physical Director is organizing Tournaments at Inter & Intra College levels with the coordination of Sports Committee once in three months time. Winners are very well recognized through media.

The institution is having excellent Internet Section with 50 systems with broadband facility. All departments viz. Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and Pharmacy Practice are having computer facilities with separate broadband connections.

The college offers several laboratories in various different disciplines such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacy Practice, and Biotechnology which are equipped with modern instruments.

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) and Lakshmi Vilas Bank (LVB) have the full-fledged branches with core banking networks, ATM and internet banking facilities on the campus. It offers all types of banking services to the staff and the students. It functions for 6 days in the week from Monday to Saturday. Student fees and other payments are remitted through their on-campus bank branch only. 24 hours of ATM service with 3 ATMs are available.
