The college has Akhnoor Road opposite BSF School Paloura which is about five kilometers from Jewel Chowk. It is housed in an independent building on 8 canals of land with lush green surroundings and foliage free from dust and pollution and far from the madding crowd, noise, and disturbance of the city. The atmosphere is serene and pleasing. It is run by the K.C Educational Society registered under the Societies Act. The college is recognized by the Jammu and Kashmir Government vide letter No HE/Recog/KC/2001/dated 12-7-2002 and affiliated with the University of Jammu.
