The College KIMDS Ranchi hostel facilities are offered to provide a homely ambiance, like a secure, comfortable, and healthy environment. The hostel rooms are well-furnished, hygienic, and have ultra-modern amenities. Each apartment has three rooms, which are shared by two students, with a lobby and an attached bathroom.

The College's guest house facility is in addition to what is available to PGP students of KIMDS. The guest house facility is exclusively for visiting researchers, scholars, and trainers coming from various parts of India and abroad.

The College KIMDS Ranchi has a well-equipped functional Infirmary that provides first-aid and limited outpatient medical services to students and staff. The infirmary is managed by qualified and experienced doctors. A lady medical officer is available in the day with nursing staff. The institute has an ambulance, which is available for 24 hours.
