The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. The college offers hostel accommodation for both girls and boys. At present, it can accommodate up to 150 boys. Admission to the hostel is subject to admission to the college and availability of accommodation. Admission shall be on the basis of merit and reservation. There is a separate hostel for first-year students.

The College has a Central Library with a rich collection of books and journals in the field of diplomas Library currently houses around 1,00,000 books, comprises of collection includes textbooks and Reference books for diplomas and part-time diplomas in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science & Information Technology, and Architecture Disciplines. The library collection also includes documents in Computer Science, History of Science, Fiction, Stories, General books, Encyclopaedias and Dictionaries, Magazines, etc.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has an auditorium a room built to enable an audience to hear and watch performances at venues such as theatres. For movie theatres, the number of auditoriums is expressed as the number of screens. Auditoria can be found in entertainment venues, community halls, and theatres, and may be used for rehearsal, presentation, performing arts productions, or as a learning space.

The College's oldest state polytechnic of the undivided state of M.P. It has been providing valuable services to its stakeholders since its establishment year 1956-57. It was inaugurated by the first President Hon’ble Dr. Rajendra Prasad and since then it’s been a journey of progress that has set many milestones. Diploma holders from this institute have been getting a placement at state and national level organizations in prestigious positions. At present, there are six branches of Diploma Engineering available here—Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Sc & Engg., Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. And Metallurgical Engg. Part-time diploma courses in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engg have also been started from the session 2008-09 to cater to the needs of neighboring industries and their employees. The college has departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.

The college has Competitive sports and physical education is an important aspect of life in our college. To promote skill at games, each student is motivated to develop proficiency in one individual game like athletics, table tennis, chess, carrom or badminton and one team game like football, volleyball, kho-kho, kabaddi or cricket for which we have big outdoor as well as indoor separate sports grounds. Our college not only uplifts the players but also shapes the ones who are inclined towards sports activities. Every year we celebrate the annual sports week in which each technical branch students come forward with their teams in different sports events. To encourage students awards are given to the winners in the college's annual function. Best performers represent the college in University Sports Events.

The college has Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.
