The College Auditoriums namely the SIdhardha Auditorium with a seating capacity of 1050 and 330 respectively which are used for the conduct of Convocations, Conferences, Workshops, University / College functions, etc. In addition to the above, all the constituent colleges/units have Seminars and Conference Halls to meet the academic requirements.

The College has about 1500 people coming daily. In case of emergency, when someone on the campus is not keeping well, in order to provide first aid medication, the college has an exclusive clinic cum dispensary within the campus. Where Doctor comes daily to provide services to students or staff who are not keeping well. Dispensary within the campus provides medicine to students and staff free of cost.
