The Kongunadu Arts and Science College has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. A convenience store, electricity facility, water facility, and well-furnished rooms are available.

Kovai Medical Centre and Hospital (KMCH) is the officially recognized hospital for the Kongunadu Arts and Science College. The staff and students of this College are eligible to get a 50% concession from medical expenses when admitted as inpatients. 

The Kongunadu Arts and Science College has a library facility for all students. The library is well equipped with the latest technology and various books are available, along with subject-related books, magazines, articles, journals, newsletters and many more.

The Kongunadu Arts and Science College Conference Hall is a 2100 sq. ft. air-conditioned, well-furnished structure with a seating capacity of 200. Department-level seminars, workshops, staff meetings, and student council meetings are conducted.
